Design and construct a Training Support Center (TSC): 26,500 square feet pre-engineered metal

building with standing seam metal roofing and metal wall panels, metal and/or CMU concrete interior, concrete

load-bearing foundation and slab-on-grade with building finished floor height at 4 +/- above finished grade for

loading docks, direct buried utilities constructed to standards of Doyon Utilities.
